Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Nexgen Business Solutions, Inc. (“Nexgen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nbsincorp.com or engage our services.
Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information:
Information you provide directly. When you contact us, request an assessment, sign up for our newsletter, or engage our services, we collect the information you submit — typically name, business name, email address, phone number, and the message or request you send. If you become a client, we additionally collect billing information, business records relevant to the services you have engaged us to provide, and information necessary to deliver the engagement.
Information collected automatically. When you visit nbsincorp.com, our systems automatically log your IP address, device and browser identifiers, the pages you view, the referring source, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to improve site performance, prevent abuse, and understand which content is most useful to our visitors.
We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to support analytics, remember preferences, and operate site features such as our chat widget. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not function correctly without them.
How We Use Information
We use information to deliver and improve our services, respond to inquiries, send service-related communications, send marketing communications you have consented to, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and security incidents, and operate our business.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who operate infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment processing, and other functions on our behalf, under written data-protection terms.
- Authorities or counsel when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nexgen or others.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the receiving entity will be bound by terms substantially similar to these.
Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. As a managed IT and cybersecurity firm, we apply the same defensive controls to our own systems that we deploy for our clients — including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, EDR coverage on endpoints, and incident-response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry data from prospects who do not become clients is typically retained for 24 months.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at nbsincorp.com/privacy-policy/, with the effective date at the top.

SMS / Text Messaging
When you opt in to receive SMS text messages from Nexgen Business Solutions — by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a Nexgen website form, replying YES or START to a Nexgen-initiated message, or providing express written consent during a sales, support, or onboarding conversation — your mobile information is collected and used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to.
The mobile information we collect for SMS purposes includes your mobile telephone number, opt-in status, opt-in timestamp, the content of messages exchanged with you, and a record of your consent.
We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile information or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver SMS messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS delivery provider). These subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using mobile information for any purpose other than delivering messages on Nexgen’s behalf.
You may opt out of SMS messages from Nexgen at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 1-866-575-1213. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Full details on our messaging program are in our SMS Terms of Service.
