Websites and streaming

A website built to capture work. A channel most companies cannot offer.

Most business websites list services and wait. Yours can answer the phone and sort the email. It books the appointment. It follows up with people who never filled in a form. And on the same infrastructure, Nexgen builds and hosts internet TV and video on demand, plus internet radio and podcast channels. Few companies do both.

The Smart Site

A website built as a client acquisition system, not a brochure.

A traditional site loads its list and waits. A visitor at 9 PM finds a form. A caller during a job gets voicemail. A prospect who reads two pages and leaves is gone with no trace, and none of that shows up in a report, which is why the loss is so easy to miss. A Smart Site has six working parts. All six share one record of every contact.

  1. An AI-answered phone number on the page

Answered immediately, 24 hours a day. It greets the caller and answers the common questions. A qualified caller gets booked, and anyone who needs a person is handed to one. Every call is logged.

  2. Contact capture with more than one path

Every form goes to your CRM and to a backup database at the same time. Email is the second channel, not the only one. A lead does not depend on one inbox filter behaving.

  3. An AI email handler

Incoming mail is read and sorted by priority while replies are drafted for your team, so the real opportunities get pushed to the top instead of sitting under invoices and newsletters.

  4. Calendar booking with reminders

The site checks availability and books directly into your calendar. Reminders go out before the appointment.

  5. A live voice AI widget

Visitors can talk to your site. They get an answer, and in the same conversation, after hours included, they can be handed to a person or booked into the calendar.

What happens to an inquiry

Every inquiry reaches a person, with the record already there.

A form goes to your CRM and to a backup database at the same time. Incoming mail is read and sorted, with the real opportunities pushed to the top. Calls get answered. Each one is logged and booked. Then a person on your team picks it up with the whole conversation in front of them, instead of a voicemail and a guess.

Nothing depends on one inbox filter behaving or one system staying up.
Streaming

Your own channel, on broadcast infrastructure Nexgen owns and operates.

Podcasts and internet radio stations run on it. So do television channels and on-demand libraries, along with live business events. You can run a branded channel of your own or place a channel on the streaming apps your viewers already use, with video on demand sold by subscription or one title at a time. An internet radio station with its own streaming server and a player on your website. Podcast hosting with distribution to all major directories.

Fits companies that sell by teaching, run memberships or training, or already film video and have nowhere good to put it.
Recorded in a small professional studio. Delivered on your channel.
Consult, build, host, market

Most media projects fail on the plan, not the equipment.

Work starts with what you want people to do after they watch or listen, because production costs the same whether or not anyone hears the show, and the last step matters more than owners expect.

  1. ConsultChoose the format and the delivery method, then a schedule your team can actually keep.
  2. BuildServers, the player and the feed, plus whatever the website needs to carry it.
  3. HostThe channel runs on infrastructure we own. Monitoring and direct support come with it.
  4. MarketThe channel is promoted so the work reaches the audience you want.
Web design and development

Mobile-first and fast. Click-to-call, structured for search.

The work covers web design with AI lead capture built in and e-commerce on WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or custom builds. Web and mobile apps are built here too, along with WordPress development and maintenance. Every website project includes a 30-day support window after launch.

  • Nightly off-site backups with 14-day retention. SSL on every site.
  • Direct support from the engineers who set your site up.
  • Your website and your stream sit with one provider, alongside your AI agents and your marketing.
Questions owners ask

Straight answers before the call.

Can my existing website become a Smart Site?

Sometimes. If the site is fast, well structured, and built on a platform that can be extended, parts of the system can be added to it. The Smart Site Audit says whether your current site can carry the systems or should be rebuilt. When one site cannot bring in enough calls on its own, a leased website network adds focused properties around it.

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

Yes, whenever they ask and whenever the law requires it. The goal is a fast, useful answer at any hour. It is not a trick. Anything the AI cannot handle goes to a person.

Should I use the big public platforms or run my own channel?

Many businesses do both. Public platforms bring reach. Your own channel keeps the branding and the format under your control. A common setup keeps the main library on your own infrastructure and treats the public platforms as a way to be found.

Who owns the content and the audience data?

You do. The recordings and the subscriber list stay with your business, along with the viewing data, and the terms are written into the agreement.

What happens after launch?

Every website project includes a 30-day support window after launch. Hosting runs on infrastructure we own and operate, with nightly off-site backups kept for 14 days and direct engineer support.

The ownership pledge. You own your website, your content, and your data, and the agreement says so in writing. Everything is built on standard, portable technology, so leaving never means starting over.

Measured, not promised

Every build starts by recording the baseline.

  • Built to 95 or betterSites are engineered to score 95 or higher on Google's Lighthouse performance tests, and the baseline of the site being replaced is written down before work starts, so the result is measured against day one.
  • 30-day support windowIncluded after every launch, with hosting on infrastructure we own and direct engineer support behind it.
  • Since 2007An Orlando electrical contractor that started with no website or logo and still runs on work from its site. More documented outcomes sit on the results page.
