These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your use of text messaging communications from Nexgen Business Solutions (“Nexgen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Nexgen, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program Description
Nexgen Business Solutions operates an SMS messaging program for current and prospective customers who have explicitly opted in. Messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries you have submitted through our website forms
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications
- Service updates and ticket status notifications for managed IT, AI automation, and Smart Site clients
- Account, billing, and operational notifications
- Occasional offers, news about new services, and educational content
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Nexgen Business Solutions by:
- Checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on any Nexgen website form (contact, support, or assessment forms)
- Replying YES, START, or SUBSCRIBE to a Nexgen-initiated message
- Providing express written consent during a sales, support, or onboarding conversation
Opting in is always voluntary. SMS consent is never required to receive a response to your inquiry, to use our website, or to purchase any of our services.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages from Nexgen at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from Nexgen.
If you wish to re-subscribe later, you may opt in again using any of the methods listed above.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Nexgen and the services you have opted in for. Most subscribers receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. Active managed IT and AI automation clients may receive more frequent messages tied to ticket activity and operational notifications.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Nexgen does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received based on your wireless plan. If you have questions about your wireless plan or message charges, contact your mobile carrier directly.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Data Use
Your mobile phone number, opt-in status, opt-in timestamp, message content, and consent records are collected and stored solely for the purpose of operating the SMS messaging program described above.
We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile information or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver SMS messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS delivery provider). These subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using mobile information for any purpose other than delivering messages on Nexgen’s behalf.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to opt in to receive SMS messages from Nexgen. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number you provide, or that you have the authority of the account holder to enroll the number in this program.
Changes to These SMS Terms
Nexgen reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to active subscribers and posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the SMS program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
